Sister Vance has served as an elementary principal for 13 years and a Vice-Principal of a secondary school for 21 years. She holds a Master's of Arts in Educational Administration from the University of Detroit. She has been Chair of Board of Trustees for Women Blessing Women, Chairperson of the Diversity Task Force Subcommittee of Advisory Council and a teacher of Language Arts, History and Religion. Sister Vance served at MFLC from 2010-2017
Sister Deubel has been the Director of En Camino, a migrant and immigrant outreach center in Fostoria, OH for the past eleven years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University. She has also worked as a nurse and caregiver as well as a pre-school paraprofessional in Toledo, OH. Sister Deubel served at MFLC from 2010-2014
Sister White received a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Toledo and a Master of Science Education, with an emphasis on middle school education, from the University of Dayton. Sister taught grades four through eight for 36 years in schools and educational settings in Ohio, Florida, and Louisiana. She serve at MFLC from 2010 -2012.
