Filmore Park Apartments is a community of families located within the boundaries of Mirabeau Ave/Filmore Ave/St. Anthony Ave/Wilton Drive.   164 apartments are located within the 41 buildings that make up this community. 
   Mirabeau Family Learning Center (MFLC) is a part of this comprehensive building model that has as its mission "to strengthen individual, family, and neighborhood self-reliance through education, training, support services, and workforce housing."
   MFLC serves these families as well as families in and around this neighborhood community as well as all of Orleans Parish.
